Give Back to the Community
Since 2008, the GCA’s Give Back to the Community campaign has supported local nonprofits and organizations through member-driven giving. This year, 2024 GCA President Michael Young and 2025 President Russell Inouye have selected the GCA Education Foundation — a nonprofit launched by our association in 1993 to strengthen workforce development in construction.
We have exceeded our $100,000 goal and raised $104,300!
Albert C. Kobayashi, Inc. (2024 GCA President Michael Young) and Koga Engineering & Construction, Inc. (2025 GCA President Russell Inouye) have combined to match 25% of the total giving. That comes out to $26,075!
With this match, the grand total raised for the 2024-2025 Give Back to the Community campaign is $130,375!
