    The General Contractors Association of Hawaii cordially invites you to attend the upcoming Construction Update Webinar Series.
     

    Federal, State and City agencies will be giving a presentation on their upcoming projects, procurement and regulatory updates.

    Mr. Nelson Lee is the Director of Office of Project Delivery (Formerly the Office of Capital Improvements (OCI) and Manoa Design Section).  Graduated from the University of Hawaii in Civil Engineering.  Spent most of his carrier as a Project/Program Manager with the US Army Corps of Engineers in Honolulu and Japan where he retired.  Nelson started with the University of Hawaii on February 2017.
