    Federal, State and City agencies will be giving a presentation on their upcoming projects, procurement and regulatory updates.

    Curt Otaguro was appointed by the Governor of the State of Hawaii to serve as State Comptroller in January 2019. As Comptroller and Director of the Department of Accounting and General Services (DAGS), Mr. Otaguro is responsible to plan, direct and coordinate the various activities according to State laws and administrative rules.

    Mr. Otaguro has oversight of 682 DAGS employees spanning of eight (8) divisions (Accounting, Archives, Audit, Automotive Management, Central Services, Land Survey, Public Works, Office of Enterprise Technology Services), three district offices (Hawaii, Maui, Kauai), and three administrative staff offices (Administrative Services/Risk Management Offices, Personnel, Systems & Procedures). DAGS also provides administrative support to eleven attached agencies (Access Hawaii Committee, Aloha Stadium Authority, Building Code Council, Campaign Spending Commission, Hawaii State Foundation on Culture and the Arts, Hawaii Enhanced 911 Board, King Kamehameha Celebration Commission, Office of Elections, Office of Information Practices, State Procurement Office).
