• 2021 Build Hawaii Awards

  • WHAT IS THE BUILD HAWAII AWARD?

The General Contractors Association of Hawaii (GCA) Build Hawaii Awards recognizes the best of the best in construction.  Based on the submissions received, a panel of judges will review each entry and allocate a score for each of the eight factors based on how the project met each criterion.  All of the judges’ scores are tabulated to determine a winner in each of the 24 categories.  The GCA also recognizes certain projects that may not score the highest, but exemplify the highest standards of construction and present them with a Build Hawaii Merit Award.
